To add the Module you just created to a specific course, follow this process:
- Open Lesson management from the main menu of the admin site.
- Find the course you want to configure and click Edit to open its content manager.
- Scroll to the Courses (for multi-course setups) section, then select and add the Module you want.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Note: for this feature to work, make sure multi-course mode is enabled under: Website setup → General settings → turn on Enable/disable multi-course.
Step 4: Enable recurring renewal (subscription) for the course
To charge for a course on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle, set it up as follows:
Once the Module configuration is done, go to:
Settings → Courses → turn on Enable subscription → set the number of months/years per renewal → click Save to apply.
2. Upgrading a student account manually
If you need to adjust a student's access to renewable courses or modules by hand, do the following:
Go to Students → Student list. In the actions column for that student, upgrade manually by choosing:
- Option 1: Upgrade for the full course bundle.
- Option 2: Upgrade for a standalone course.
Click the View details (eye) icon next to the student's name to inspect their access period in detail.
In the detail window, switch to the Courses tab to see the exact access period for each standalone course.
For the full course bundle, the system automatically applies the renewal period defined in the general settings at: Settings → Courses → Pricing.
