The subscription feature

CONFIGURING ACCESS DURATION

1. Open the duration settings

  • Go to Admin

  • Choose Settings

  • Choose Courses

  • Open the Pricing tab

2. Enable duration settings

  • Turn on Enable subscription

  • Enter the renewal period

  • Choose the time unit: Days / Months / Years

Example:

  • Renewal period: 20

  • Unit: Days

MANAGING & EXTENDING STUDENT ACCESS

Checking a student's PRO expiry date

  • Go to Students

  • Choose Student list

  • Click the student you want to check

  • On the Information tab

  • Look at the PRO expiry field

Upgrading a student to PRO (paid outside the website)

Method 1: Upgrade to PRO directly (not tied to a course)

  • Go to Students -> Student list

  • Choose Upgrade on the student

  • Enter:

    • Purchase price

    • Expiry date

  • Click Save

Method 2: Upgrade to PRO for a specific course

  • Go to Students -> Student list

  • Choose Upgrade by course

  • Select:

    • Course

    • Purchase price

    • Expiry date

  • Click Save

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Leave the expiry date blank -> the system treats PRO access as unlimited

  • PRO expiry updates automatically when a student buys a course that has a duration configured

  • Admins can change the expiry date at any time if needed
