User management
Student list
In the MONA Elearning admin interface, choose Students -> Student list
Every student enrolled in your courses appears here, grouped into different user segments so they are easier to manage
-
Adding a new student:
-
Open Student list in the admin interface.
-
Click Create new.
-
Fill in the details for the student account:
-
Name
-
Email
-
Password (required)
-
-
Click Save to finish adding the student.
-
Deleting a student:
-
In Student list, search for the account you want to remove.
-
In the actions column, click the bin icon on that row to delete the account.
Automatic user segmentation
Alongside PRO students, the system automatically sorts FREE users into five different segments based on how they behave on your website.
The segments
-
Free
-
Interested
-
Qualified
-
Hot
-
Indie
-
Cold
Free users
PRO / Ambassador users
Segmentation lets you take the right action for each group of users, so every action you take works harder.
Examples
-
A "watch more videos" email remarketing sequence for the Interested segment (these people already showed interest in your course)
-
A "close the sale" email sequence for the Qualified and HOT segments — they are studying seriously and only need the right nudge to convert.
-
Sales ads with closing messaging for the Qualified and HOT segments on Facebook and YouTube, so these users see you wherever they go.
-
Send a Special Offer directly to the HOT segment (the last card to play).
-
And any other playbook you can think of on top of this automatic segmentation.

Managing TICKETS
Users submit tickets to ask for help when they run into problems on the website.
Tickets are split into two main categories — Purchase support / General support — and two states: Answered / Unanswered.
Once an admin replies, the user gets an email notification and can read the answer under "Answered tickets"
