Using the module feature (multi-course)
Unlocking the module feature
To create and use Modules in the system, follow these steps:

Open the admin interface: sign in to your administrator account.

Go to Courses: from the main menu in the admin interface, choose Courses to open the list of courses.

Create a Module: click Create new to start adding a new Module to the system.
Modules let you organise course content in a more professional, structured way.
Things to note
When creating or editing a Module, pay attention to the following fields:

Activate button:
-
Use this switch to turn the Module on or off.

Title (required):
-
This is the Module name shown in the list and in the course interface.

Keep the title short and clear, and make sure it reflects what the Module covers.

Price (required):
-
Sets the Module price if you sell it separately.

Module description:
-
This explains in detail what the Module contains and what it aims to achieve.

Write a compelling, complete description to attract students.
-
Filling in all of the above makes the Module display clearly and work properly across the system.
Step-by-step
To add a Module to an existing course, follow these steps:

Open Lesson management:

Sign in to the admin interface and choose Lesson management from the main menu.

Select the course you want to add the Module to:

Search for and select the course.
-
Click Edit to open the course content manager.

Add the Module to the course:
-
In the editor, go to the Courses section (for multi-course setups).

Add the Module you want.
-

Save your changes:
-
Once you have finished adding Modules, click Save to apply the changes.

The system updates the Module inside the course automatically and shows it to students when they open the course.
