BASIC WEBSITE SETUP GUIDE

You need to register to create a website at: https://mona.academy/register-new-website by filling in the necessary information to receive admin setup.

After successfully registering to create a website, the system will send a setup email to your Gmail account

To set up the website, we need to complete the items in the essential information.

Note: The Google Login Configuration and Automatic Payment System Usage sections will be the final steps when preparing to go live.

Here there will be a guide section on the header next to Essential Information.
In this Guide section, there will be configuration steps and instructions for using the payment app.

For color tone, there will be two colors light and dark.

Additionally, there will be 4 colors to highlight the website such as Primary color, secondary color, login button and buy button.

Primary color will be the main color of the website.

Logos will be divided into 5 types:

Main Logo: will be displayed in the top left corner of the screen
Secondary Logo: is the image that appears on small items
Favicon: is the small icon at the top of the browser tab
Default thumbnail: is the default lesson image when creating a lesson without entering an image
Meta image: is the image when sharing links
Coming soon: is when the lesson hasn't uploaded video yet, students will see coming soon

Fill in the course abbreviation (this part will be displayed in payment information and customer code when logging into the course)

Fill in course start date
Number of refund days
Email verification when registering: If you choose “Not required” when registering, students will not need to verify their email.

Click on Website Setup => Customize Interface

On the home page, there will be available templates.

Each template will have 3 functions:

To use 1 template for the website, click on the icon in the Apply function and choose OK.
Then press Save to complete the operation.
To edit content in the template, click on the template then drag the mouse to the right

The editing section will have options to upload images and attach video links (videos can be uploaded to drive then insert links from drive).

To adjust content, drag the mouse to the box that needs editing then enter the data to be added.

We can change the background colors of template forms by clicking on the pen icon and selecting appropriate colors.

Other pages also adjust content and colors, insert images similar to the login page.

Note on the Payment page, payment information will be displayed when students click to start course payment.

Click on the section to delete > Click on the button next to the Save button

To restore, click on the Restore button next to the Delete button then press Save.

ADD SOCIAL MEDIA BUTTONS ON HEADER:

Website Setup > Customize Interface > Header Interface

In the header interface section, adjust information fields such as:

Click on “Add Content”
Enter display name (You can enter application name or enter as you like) Example: Connect with me on Facebook…
Insert link path (if any): you can insert facebook, zalo links, etc.
Choose icon color
Choose icon

ADD SOCIAL MEDIA BUTTONS AT THE BOTTOM OF WEBSITE:

Website Setup > Customize Interface > Home Page
Drag mouse to the bottom section of the website > Click in the middle > drag mouse to the right.
Click on the pen icon at Social Media
In the edit menu:
Fill in social media name
Insert link in the Link section
Finally press Save to complete the operation.
